Along with our usual offerings, we also have Wellness Coaching appointments available. Heather is a Chartered Herbalist and Certified Holistic Nutritionist. Wellness Coaching is one-on-one, and completely confidential. You can inquire by email, or in person for available times.

We partner with local farmers and producers to bring you the best possible products. We also work with local businesses to offer unique, artisanal items that you won't find anywhere else.
